Dr Marian Quigley

AVRG researcher, Dr Marian Quigley

Dr Marian Quigley is an Adjunct Research Fellow in the Berwick School of Information Technology, Monash University; a curator for australianscreen and a member of the advisory board for The Story of the Moving Image Exhibition, Australian Centre for the Moving Image, Melbourne. Marian was co-convenor of the Animated Dialogues Conference at the Berwick campus in 2007 and the Animation Symposium in 2005 at which her book Women Do Animate: Interviews with 10 Australian Animators (Insight Publications, Mentone 2005) was launched. She is a contributing author in the anthology, Furniss, M. Animation: Art and Industry (John Libby, USA 2009) and a regular contributor to Screen Education and Metro (Australian Teachers of Media).
